Visualizing Your Dreams

What Does a Visualization Practice Look Like?
Visualization is done by closing your eyes and actively creating the outcome that you would like to see in your current reality. - Who is in your visualization?
- Where are you at?
- How are you feeling?
- How do those around you feel?
- What vivid colors do you see?
- What sounds do you hear?
- What are you saying in the scenario, as well as those around you?

How to Incorporate Visualization in Your Daily Life?
To make the most out of a visualization practice, it is recommended to visualize every morning when first awakening. For five minutes before getting out of bed, visualize how you would like your day to be. This might include upcoming meetings, quotas, family time, exercising, eating healthy meals, feeling good, etc. It is also recommended to do a visualization session right before you go to sleep. This visualization should include what you want to bring into your reality. The visualization could include more income, improving a relationship, buying a new car/house, etc. If something of concern happened that day, you could visualize events that can make a particular situation better.
Outside of visualizing twice a day, you want to visualize anything that may be coming up that you want a desired outcome. This could be a meeting with an important client, a speech you need to give, a conversation that you need to have with someone, etc.
