When out of balance you lack energy and creativity, feel irritable, and may obsess about sexual thoughts. Physical imbalances may include sexual and reproductive issues, urinary issues, kidney infections, hip, pelvic and low back pain.

Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus Chakra is yellow in color and is located between the naval and the bottom of the rib cage. When this chakra is in balance you feel confident, focused, energetic. 

When this chakra is not in balance you feel angry, depressed, lack self-esteem and often times may deal with digestive issues. The physical imbalances of this chakra are chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, stomach ulcers, liver issues, digestive problems, pancreas and gallbladder issues. 

Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is green in color and located in the heart region. The feelings of compassion, care, and love are signs of a healthy heart chakra.

If your heart chakra is out of balance you will feel jealousy, anger, fear, anxiety and lack of trust. The physical issues due to a heart chakra imbalance are heart disease, asthma, upper back and shoulder problems, breast issues and lung disease.

Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is located at the base of your throat and is green in color. A healthy throat chakra is when you are filled with faith and have the ability to easily communicate with others. 

The signs of a blocked throat chakra are quietness, inability to express your feelings with others, feelings of weakness. A blocked throat chakra may bring physical issues such as thyroid issues, facial problems, neck and shoulder pain, ear infections and laryngitis. 

Third Eye Chakra

The third eye chakra is indigo in color and is located in the middle of your eyebrows. When this chakra is in balance you will feel intuitive and spiritually and emotionally confident. 

If this chakra is not in balance you may lack assertiveness and confidence. You may also have headaches, migraines, sinus issues, seizures, hearing loss, hormone dysfunction and blurry vision.

Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is violet and located at the crown of your head. This chakra is the opening for wisdom and cosmic consciousness. 

When there is an imbalance in this chakra, you may feel frustrated constantly and have a lot of destructive feelings. The physical ailments of an imbalance include depression, sensitivity to light, sound and environment.
